COVID-19 Update

Dear patients, despite recent updates to CDC guidance, at this time we continue to require all visitors to wear face coverings during your dental visit.  If you have any questions about our safety policy or your upcoming visit, please contact our office.

Dear Patients,

We hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe. Over the past few months we have experienced many changes and we look forward to returning to our normal routines. We are here to provide for your oral health needs in a clean and safe environment. Infection control and cleanliness is our top priority as we remain focused to provide excellent service. We continue to incorporate optimal office protocols and this current pandemic requires us to re-assess once more. We have instituted standards that meet or exceed the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) protocols for managing patient care during the pandemic.

  • High volume evacuation systems as well as additional in-room filtration.
  • Air ionizing filtration systems have been added.
  • Ultraviolet light (UV-C) appliances will be forthcoming to augment infection control.
  • Anti-microbial/antiviral pre-rinse and irrigation during your visits with us and our hygienists are being incorporated.

You will see some additional safety measures when it is time for your next appointment. These changes are made to protect our patients and staff. Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. Temperatures will be checked upon arrival.

  • More time is being allowed between patients to reduce waiting times, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
  • Upon your arrival to the office please call us so we can be sure that we can accommodate you in the waiting room.
  • The reception area will be limited as much as possible, unless patients are accompanied by a guardian, caretaker, or translator.
  • Our staff will call/contact the companion when the patient is ready to leave.
  • You are asked to wear a face covering when in the office.
  • We encourage you to bring your own pen to fill out any necessary forms.
  • Upon arrival you will be asked to wash your hands with soap or apply hand sanitizer.
  • You will be asked to swish with an antimicrobial rinse before your dental procedure.
  • Acrylic shields are in place in the reception area.

Our office staff will be contacting you in the near future to appoint you in a timely manner to resume your oral care. We look forward to seeing you again and are available to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We are excited to Welcome you back and look forward to serving you!
